We are currently hiring a Service Writer for our Leduc location.

What does your day look like?

- Answering service related customer calls

- Assisting service related walk in customers

- Looking up fault codes and relaying information to customers

- Scheduling repairs & service calls

- Operating our business system, which includes making workorders & generating estimates

- Contacting customers for repair approvals & keeping them up to date on their repair status

 

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $20.00-$25.00 per hour depending on skill level and experience
